Accommodation and Pricing Policy

2. Shared stays and occupancy

In a shared stay the kitchen, bathroom and living areas are used by several guests at once. A private room is used only by the guests named in the booking, and the maximum occupancy shown on the booking page may not be exceeded.

• Shared rooms are grouped by gender where the room type is marked as shared.
• Guests under 18 may stay only with a parent or legal guardian.

3. Amenities

Every listing states what is included: bed linen, towel, Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, utilities and final cleaning. Unlisted amenities such as parking or transfer are not included and are not part of the price.

4. Prices, taxes and fees

Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) per room per night and include accommodation, utilities and cleaning. The total payable, including mandatory taxes and fees, is displayed before you confirm. Cancellation and refund terms and deadlines are set out in the offer and the booking summary before payment.

No hidden charges apply. Any local tax that must be collected is shown as a separate line before payment.

5. Additional costs

• Late check-out after 12:00 — charged at the rate shown on the booking page.
• Damage or missing items — charged at replacement cost, with photo evidence.

6. Complaints and legal basis
