Terms of Service
These terms govern festival trip coordination on thalvoria.com and are published before any booking request or payment.

2. Scope of service
thalvoria.com acts as a travel agent coordinating festival trips: accommodation, transfers and on-site support supplied by third parties. We do not organise the festival itself. Our role is stated before you order, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR On Tourism of 15.09.1995.
3. Booking requests
A request is not a confirmed booking. A contract arises only when availability is confirmed in writing and payment is received. Price, inclusions and restrictions are shown before you order, per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII On Consumer Protection of 12.05.1991.
4. Prices, cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are published before payment. Your statutory rights under Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 are unaffected.
5. Eligibility and conduct
Travellers must be 18 or older, hold valid travel documents and follow venue and local rules. We may refuse or end participation for unsafe or unlawful conduct.
6. Festival tickets
We do not sell festival tickets. Tickets must be bought from official ticket sellers under their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or entry decisions.
7. Advertising and personal data
Trip descriptions are accurate and identifiable as advertising under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR On Advertising of 03.07.1996. Personal data and cookies are handled per Law of Ukraine No. 3724-IX On Personal Data Protection of 06.06.2024.
8. Complaints and liability
Send complaints to contact@thalvoria.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court under Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991. We are not liable for third-party failures beyond our control or for indirect loss, as far as the law allows.
