04 / Disclosure

Shared rooms, stated before you pay

Occupancy, bedding, bathroom access and grouping are written into every route listing. Here is what those terms mean in practice.

Occupancy: Shared rooms hold 4 to 6 travellers per unit. Beds are assigned per person, and a place in a shared room is the default on every route.
Bedding: Each traveller gets a single bed with linen and one pillow. Bunk layouts are common; an upper bunk is reserved on request only.
Bathroom access: Apartments share one bathroom per 3 travellers with a scheduled morning slot. Dorm-style units use shared corridor showers.
Grouping: Rooms are grouped by gender and age band (18-24, 25-30). Friends travelling together stay together when requested at booking.
Amenities: Kitchen access, laundry, lockers and Wi-Fi are listed per route. Anything not listed is not part of the per-person price.
Changes: Room type changes depend on availability and are priced at the difference, confirmed before payment.

Minors and tickets. Travellers under 18 need written guardian consent and are accepted only on routes marked for guardian-approved minors. We do not sell or resell festival tickets; entry follows each festival's own terms.

Pricing and terms

Prices are per person for the full festival weekend with shared accommodation included. Festival entry and intercity transport are quoted separately, at cost.

What the price covers

Three nights of accommodation at the disclosed occupancy
Coordinator on site for the whole weekend
Route planning and in-city transfer scheduling
Leisure modules marked as included in the programme

Taxes, fees and deposit

Applicable taxes and service fees are already included
Deposit of 30% holds a place; balance due 14 days before departure
Festival tickets and long-distance transport are paid separately
Occupancy and bedding are confirmed in writing before payment

Cancellation and refund summary

30 days or more: Full refund, less a UAH 400 administration fee.
14 to 29 days: 50% refund of the accommodation share.
Under 14 days: No refund; the place may be transferred to another traveller.
Festival changes: Entry follows the official seller's terms, not ours.

05 / Reserve

Request a route and hold your place

Send one request per route. A coordinator replies with the accommodation breakdown, the deposit amount and the terms in writing before anything is paid.
