2. Data we collect
- Name, email and phone you enter in booking or contact forms.
- Booking details: service or event, dates, price, payment status, correspondence.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device, pages visited, cookie identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, conclude and perform contracts, process payments, meet accounting duties, prevent fraud and, with consent, measure advertising. Processing rests on your consent, on steps taken at your request before contracting and on legal obligations. We never sell personal data. Advertising on this page is identifiable as advertising and does not mislead about the organizer, access, accommodation, price or included services.
4. Retention and sharing
Enquiries are kept 12 months, contract and accounting records as long as Ukrainian law requires, analytics 14 months. We share data with payment, hosting, email and accounting processors acting on our instructions, and with authorities where required.

Strictly necessary cookies need no consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after consent, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time.
6. Your rights
Write to contact@thalvoria.com to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, to receive it in a portable form, to object to processing or to withdraw consent. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
