Five points our coordinators repeat most often. Every item below also appears in your booking summary before any payment is taken.
A 25% deposit holds your place and your bed. The balance is due 14 days before the departure date. Prices include applicable taxes and service fees; transport and festival tickets are listed separately when they are not part of the route.
Occupancy, bedding, bathroom access, amenities and the gender or age grouping of the room are disclosed in writing before payment. Shared dorm, shared apartment and private room options are compared line by line on the accommodation disclosure page.
No. We do not sell or resell festival tickets. You buy directly from the official festival seller, and entry stays subject to that festival's own terms. Our coordinators confirm dates and share verified seller links so you book the right tier.
Change and refund terms are published on the pricing terms page and repeated in your booking summary. The deposit becomes non-refundable once shared accommodation is confirmed in your name.
Route requests and questions are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. Under-18 travellers need written parental or guardian consent and are accepted only on routes marked for guardian-approved minors.
